My journey has never been perfect, but it has always been real. From a young age, I was a cheerful and playful girl, but also someone who felt emotions deeply. I was not someone who mixed with everyone easily. I stayed close to my family and a few trusted friends, where I felt safe and understood.
I always connected with people from the heart. When I built relationships, I gave my full emotions to them. But this nature made me vulnerable. Sometimes I got hurt, sometimes I trusted the wrong people, and sometimes I found it difficult to let go.
My school life was simple. Academics were never my strong point. I studied just enough to pass. I scored 57% in 10th, around 60% in 11th, and 49% in 12th. But those numbers never defined me. My real learning came from life experiences.
Behind my simple life, there were struggles. My family was going through financial problems. Loans and responsibilities created constant pressure. My mother tried her best, but things were not easy. In that situation, my elder sister became the backbone of our family. She worked hard, completed her graduation, and supported us financially.
Watching her sacrifice changed me. I understood what responsibility and strength really mean.
There was also a phase in my life where I made some wrong choices. I became emotionally attached to people who were not right for me. It was difficult to come out of those situations. It took time, but it taught me an important lesson not everyone is meant to stay.
Then came a turning point in my life the opportunity to go to Dubai. This opportunity came because of my mentor, Sudendu Shah Sir, who believed in me and gave me a chance.
Moving to Dubai was not easy. The first 40–45 days were full of struggle. I faced problems, lost opportunities, and felt uncertain. But I didn’t give up. I stayed strong and kept going.
During this time, I experienced one of the happiest moments of my life. My sister achieved a company target, and our family got the chance to visit Dubai. Spending Diwali with them and exploring the city together was unforgettable.
I started working in back-office roles and later as an auditor. I learned new skills, improved my communication, and started understanding people better. Getting my first laptop was a big moment it felt like a new beginning.
Slowly, I started growing. I was given a team of seven people to manage. I trained them from the basics how to communicate, how to work, and how to handle situations. That was the moment I realized I was not just working; I was leading.
But life tested me again. An unexpected incident disrupted everything. Work stopped, resources were limited, and I felt lost again. My confidence dropped.
But once again, I stood up. With guidance and support, I started again. I rebuilt myself step by step.
Later, I got an opportunity in the administrative field. My hard work was recognized, and I was promoted to Administrative Operations Manager. That moment was proof of my journey.
I was also honored with the administrative Excellence Award by Dubai Headlines News 24, which made me realize how far I had come.
Even today, my journey is not perfect. There are moments when I feel low, when my confidence shakes. But now I know something important falling is not failure, staying down is.
My parents, my sister, and my close friends are my biggest strength. Without them, I wouldn’t be here.
Today, I can say one thing with confidence
My life may not have started perfectly, but I am creating my destiny every single day.
